I know this is old but I found a solution. Only defective goods can be returned or exchanged. Idk if it works the same with all their cases, or what case the starter pc uses, but with my H710 I can plug my 3.5mm headphones into the front panel jack and then pick the mic and headphones in audio settings, so if thats what youre asking, it should be fine. Replacement of unit due to change of mind is not allowed.
